This policy explains what data Lexium collects, how it is used, and your rights as a user. By using Lexium, you agree to the practices described here. Data collection is kept intentionally minimal, and is only collected as necessary to provide and improve the app.
When an account is created, an email address is collected. This is used to identify the account, enable login, and communicate about subscription or support requests.
Data about how you interact with the app is collected, including device type, operating system version, and in-app interaction data (such as features used and session activity). This data may be associated with your device or account and is used to understand how the app is used and to improve the experience over time.
If the app crashes or encounters an error, diagnostic information is automatically collected, including crash logs and device state at the time of the incident. This data may be associated with your device and is used solely to identify and fix technical issues.
Lexium uses Google Firebase, which may collect and process certain data on its behalf, including crash diagnostics and usage analytics. Firebase is subject to Google’s own privacy policy, which you can review at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
User data is not sold, rented, or traded to any third party.
Lexium offers an auto-renewing subscription. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment information is not accessed or stored by Lexium. For details on how Apple handles purchase data, see https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy.
Lexium is not specifically directed toward children under 13. If you are under 13, you should use the app only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Personal information is not knowingly collected from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without consent, please contact the developer and the information can be deleted promptly.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Account data is retained for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by using the contact information below. This will delete account and usage information entirely from the database.
